It's the white balance on the camera in combination with the lighting.

get some insect pins for one thing and get rid of those t pins.....and you need to put the tips of canine teeth in...they will allways show somewhat on a marten,clean eyes and get lids closer to eye...and blow it,comb it,fluff it....

I'm no mammal expert but as birdman said get those lids tight to the glass and the lipline was the first thing that caught my eye. Heres some reference I took before releasing. Tell her she did a fabulous job!

Andy, along with the other things, your nose placement is way off. You've set it too far forward. Look at Mike's reference picture. Most of us old timers simply cut out a notch where the nose goes on many forms. then we use clay behind the nose pad to achieve the results we're looking for. See how the real nose has that whisper of an indented line behind it? You can do that with clay .

yeah doesnt look like the nose "wings" were turned all the way or packed with enuf clay
