Matt has a point, cat challenge or bobcat challenge, Cougars, african cats.
I voted to allow lynx, but I think a lynx would win over a bobcat
anyday, just because of their beauty.
I retract my vote.

Bobcats are lynx  so it is a lynx challenge already

Ahh, but being a lynx doesn't make you a bobcat, so it is a bobcat challenge.

Stop me if my opinion shouldnt count cuz Im not in this challenge, but I think theyre best when done with one single animal, rather than other similar ones. Easier to compare for starters, and just seems more fair. Also it gives you more options for future challenges.

No they are not the same your right Cole just kidding around with you...it's a ( Bobcat Challenge )

I know you are. You could enter a kitty and we'll just call it the wa challenge, or Pros vs. Joes.

I'm agreeing on the single species thing, do a separate one for lynx and cougars/ mountain lions. If i get mine painted in time I'm in, its the first one I've ever done though, but It will still be fun to see some comments on it. Wink

I voted yes for lynx but I want to retract my vote as well. I think one single animal would be better. Basically what Bill said.

I say Bobcat only. I'm in if I can get mine done in time.

Down the road, we should do a separate challenge for lynx only, and a separate challenge for cougars only.

I would be glad to supply fresh caught bobcats for the next challenge. Unfortunately I am down to just 4 and our season ends today.

The votes were close, so instead of together, I will do a lynx challenge seperately in the near future, for those who could not participate in the bobcat challenge (and because Jeanette asked so nice).

I do the challenges so the mammal mounters of taxi-net can have some fun, and be motivated to do their best. It stinks when there is a challenge that you want to partake in, but couldn't because that species was illegal or difficult to obtain in your country. SO the lynx challenge will have the same rules as the bobcat challenge. Take your pictures and save them, and I will do that one soon.

I'll see what I can get done for the challenge this year. I have a semiar for the NSTA in a week I'll see how that cat turns out. I'll need some help taking and sending pics, I'm a bit handicaped in that area.

There can always be a Lynx challenge later. I actually find Lynx easier to do than Bobcats.I still have my bobcat that missed the deadline 2 years ago. Best dust it off!
