Fred, yes they can be harder to get.
For what I'm told these are a great trophy if you are lucky to harvest one.
You might try contacting a taxi in Arizona where they are more(?) available.
I shot one in Mexico when I was there with a client for his Desert Sheep hunt.
The bad thing was that I wans't even interested in hunting one and had to be talked into it. But after wards I was really glad to have hunted and harvested one !!
And I really like you BUT I'm not selling mine to you !!!
