Yes, or you can add paint to the apoxie sculpt as you blend it.

With a gap that wide the lower lip will look swollen if you fill it with apoxie sculpt. Rehydrate and re tuck. Use a good two part epoxy and pin it. Stay away from super glue IMO.

I agree. You will have to rehydrate the lip and chin to close the gap. A good 5 min epoxy should help to keep near where you want it. You will still probably have to use some epoxy sculp to fix any shrinkage.

Do i use just water to rehydrate? If i was to try to rehydrate do i just rehydrate the lip line or the whole bottom chin?
it is a Krowtan cape, I do not know if that matters or not.

I have had luck with plane water on a small sponge pinned in place just do the lip and some skin until it slides
If you epoxy it you can not rehydrate it again so i just super glue the bottom lip to the top at the seam only.

If you chose to re-hydrate it, try this. When you re-tuck and set it, make sure you pull some skin from behind it towards the lipline. So many times when tucking and setting the lipline, everything is pushed back towards the throat and when it dries, it pulls even more. If you have thinned the skin really well, and you do this, there is no need for pins. I quit using them years ago. Hope this helps and good luck.
