I have done two woodies and one madrian duck from game farm and for the life of me can not get thigh covert feathers to go over flight feathers, is ti because ducks are young or what do I have to do rip them out and glue back in ha ha?. other than that they look great just not nature.

Your anatomy is probably off.  When your bird is anatomically correct, the feathers fall into place.

Do not pull the feathers out and glue them back in...

The last one I did, tried to tuck under before it went on the form, just not going to happen seems to have grown that way.

Measure the carcass of your bird and alter your form to match those measurements.  You may need to carve out the slot for the wingbone or the slot for the leg bone
