I had to look at this picture. Although considered a "Summer Flounder" this fish is normally called a "FLUKE". Eyes on the left side. large mouth with many sharp teeth. Yes it's part of the FLOUNDER family of fish however unlike winter flounder,windowpanes,yellow tails,etc. with the eyes on the right side of their heads and with small mouths, these Summer Flounders grow large enough that they are sometimes called "Floor Mats". This is what I would class this fish. Great eating and good luck with the mount. JL
