How do I use check mite should I hang them or lay directly on the frases and bedding. I am using a 4 foot chest freezer. I have never had mites before. thanks for all the help

1x2 sticks on the frass. An open egg carton works just as well.

Thanks rd I run 3 colonies and do about 200 heads a year and never had them before. They are nasty and devastating little critters.any other advice would be appreciated.
