I use all Lifetones paints and use hardware store lacquer thinner to clean the brush. I first use a cup of dirty cleaner and I stick the brush in it without the paint cup on and submerge it and hit the air on high to flush it out good. Then I stick a tip of a squeeze bottle into the hole where the cup attaches and flush it with some pressure. Remove the bottle and hit the air again to run it through. Then I stick the tip of the brush in the tip of the bottle and backflush a little, remove and blast that out. That generally gets it real clean. It takes about 20 seconds to clean it between colors once you get it down.

If the paint is dried in the airbrush, the solvents(lacquer thinner or acetone) will work on both lacquer or water based paint. I got that info directly from Gene Hallett.....He makes Lifetone paints!

i saw a guy use one color. then he would empty it out when he was done with that color and pore another color in the cup. then spray it on a rag till that color came out. and he didn't clean any of it till he was all done. seem to work.
