I just started my Spring Sale on my Photo Reference Cd's (at least I hope it's spring soon). The sale will run for 10 days from Feb 1st through Feb 10th at midnight. As usual, the discs will be $9.95 each instead of $14.95. Many, many things have been updated. I believe I have around 300 different species on disc now. I have listed some new species on my website and will add a few more tomorrow. Below are some examples of ducks from a few of the discs. I'll post some other close ups in the next few days.

I want to thank everyone for their support in the past and hope you like the new reference material.

You can check out all the species on my website at www.alaskanorthtaxidermy.com or you can find my website in the supplier link section at the upper right corner of the taxi.net page.

Let me know if you have any questions or any troubles with the website. Thanks, Phil

Ps. These photos will come up almost full screen on your computer from the cd. And as far as I know, they work on all computers, even Macs. Or you can view them on your tv if you dvd machine plays CD-R. Photos can also be printed out in 8x10, etc and be taken right to your work. Or some people use their laptops.

I see a flying waterfowl and preening, do you have one with a variety of standing or swimming?

Schenk:
No I don't but I'll think about making one. I guess I thought that most taxidermists just wanted a disc of a certain species they were working on. The flying and preening were made because of the many different poses. And without going to dvd format I can get roughly around 150-180 pictures on cd and I'm not sure how many duck and geese we have in North America, lets say 50. That would only be 3 pictures of each species. I can make one for you if you wish. Good question. Thanks, Phil.

Ok. Might get back to you, I dont need pictures of every single species. We get about 12 or so of them and i can pick some species we get and I can use.

Just a reminder, the sale ends tomorrow (friday) night at midnight. Below I am going to add some pictures of gamebirds.

Rich, I'll try and give you a call later today.

Schenk, I can put together a disc like that if you want one. Just let me know the species.

Thanks, Phil
