Hmmm,
Doesn't tell us much.
"Who is we" seemed to be a pretty straightforward question to me, but you answered him with "We are a (Nameless entity)" ........ just sayin!

How about a couple more?

1)  What is driving this survey?

2)  Exactly Who, (Business Name and affiliation please) is paying for the survey to be performed.

3)  Exactly how do you plan to "release the results of the survey to the "Taxidermists and Taxidermy Associations"?
