Ok, I have another question; where is thew best place to buy quality supplies? I would also like to know how you measure a buck  so you know what size form to get?

Get some supply catalogs and look at them.  Most catalogs show how to measure for forms. There is a suppliers section in the upper right hand corner ,click on it and call them for a catalog.
