After I skin a bird, Can I then freeze it and order a form with the proper measurements?  Last time I got the form first and it didn't turn out good.  I am just worried about the skin shrinking or started to dry up once it is off the bird.

Go ahead and freeze, just put it in a gallon bag and push all the air out. You might even wet a paper towl and insert it into the cavity. It doesent take that long to get forms, so your good.
