does anyone have any insight on McKenzie cast lip/nose elk form?  Do you like it? is there a better one out there?  any info would be great.  thanks

I have mounted several of them and I like them, I feel they go together really smooth.

I liked it and thought it went together nicely.  Still time consuming and make sure you charge appropriately.  The last one I did was on a semi sneak form with a slight turn, I added the change out cast lip head, customer loved it and brought me his NM bull this year.  Mark

Bones works for Ray Hatfield in Cody.Wyoming.He is a great guy and talented but he he didn't work on the elk project or any mouth work for McKenzie.He did sculpt some other stuff for them for awhile.A neat guy.

They work out well, and go together nicely, but be aware that there will still be some work to do to finish it off.  I wasnt impressed with the paint job.

I was a little disappointed with the cast lip. I dont like the nose especially with bad its plugged. It would be nice to use the real the real nose especially plus the tear ducts seem REALLY flared open
