The ears look reeeally thick, and there's a few grooming problems on the ears and face too.

Your eyes aren't symmetric and your ear butt's need more fill and detail... Keep at it, you have the basics down..

Lower lips are not tucked high enough, any skin you see, is suppose to be on the inside of the mouth, not the outside.

I think it's the short ear butts that catch my eye the most. the ears are pretty thick also.

Like Rhasputin, the first thing I noticed was the fuzzy ears. I'd suggest carding the edges until it's partially dry and to groom the ear hairs on top so they aren't bristled out. The other things mentioned came into focus after that.

Thanks for looking and the comments to make it better.
I added to the ear butts by pushing balls of clay though ear canal(pain in the ass)
I re shaped both eyes so that they matched (closer)
I carded ears the way rick carter showed me, i think that was the most frustrating part of the mount.... really made my blood pressure go up trying to get the clips to stay on the ears but i think it was because the bondo ears are thicker than they should be..
I tucked the lips as best i could, during shaving process i took a chunk of lip tucking skin of upper lip so i think that might cause a problem( pinned lip in place)
I also groomed the mount and tried lining up hair patterns but it had dried to the point were not much was moving..]
