I made a mold of a catfish and im gonna try making a cast this weekend (didnt get a chance to do it last weekend).  I made the cast using bondo and resin method.  My question is after you put 3 layers of car wax on the mold (buffing out inbetween layers) do you need to re apply wax inbetween castings or after a couple casts?  I just wondered if it would help protect the mold and make it last longer.

Yes, you wax between castings.  I seal the mold with shellac and allow it to dry for a couple days then wax. 99% of the items pop right our even the ones with heavy undercuts.

When I see Obama bumper sticker, I know the academic standard has lowered!

Thought for today!
"Apparently, I'm supposed to be more angry about what Mitt Romney does with his money than what Barack Obama does with mine."
