your eyes and ears need attention. The top lid should be just over the top of the pupil, make sure the eyes are looking in the same direction and don't use so many pins.

the eyes need work in the direction of focus, the ears dont look like they are seated in the correct place. when you are skinning it is always beneficial to take measurements of the ear canal on the skull for setting reference. looks like he could use a good grooming as well. not bad for a second though

Getting better, but again, the top lid should be just touching the top of the pupil. That makes it look more relaxed instead of like it just got a hot poker in the azz. The ears are still off, but you may not be able to fix that now. Also the cats right rear foot is mis-shapen.. looks broken. A little trick with the eyes, take a pic using the flash, head on with the cat. Now look at the pic you just took and pay attention to where the flash reflection is in the eyes. The reflection should show in the same spot on both eyes. If it dosen't, you got some adjusting to do. The bottom pic shows somewhat of a reflection and from what I can tell, the eyes are both pointing out to the sides. They should be brought to center and also make sure the pupils are tilted approx 10 degrees in at the top.

Yeah, the cat needs to look laid back and relaxed; almost too relaxed.
