Did anyone else get a notice from the US DOJ about a lawsuit against Tim Smither? Evidently Miller was using Termidor SC to treat everyone's mounts. It looks like they were buying this in bulk and then relabeling it. Also, it's for ants and termites. Outdoor use and voids in walls only.

Anyone know anything more?

I do know that Termidor is one of the best pesticides for carpenter ants available.  I had an infestation at my hunting cabin a few years ago and just one application around the outside of the foundation was all it took to wipe them out completely.  That is some nasty stuff on ants.  It's also nasty stuff no humans too.  I wore a respirator, rubber boots and rubber gloves when using it.  It's not for indoor use at all.  It's what a lot of exterminators use.

I heard today that a 100 + page document went out to around 900 or so "Victims" concerning this lawsuit against Miller's Trophy Room.  I haven't seen it, but it sounds pretty damn serious the way it was described to me.

Some or all trophies may have to be destroyed if treated with this pesticide.

I first heard of this possible lawsuit nearly 2 years ago to the day.  So the DOJ has been working on this for a while.

Steve Miller past away a little over 3 1/2 years ago.

How old was he? Do u think using that stuff indoors and being around all the mounts treated with it could have made him ill or contributed?
