Ya I use it all the time.  Can't remember the kind I get locally, but I get the extra tacky heavy duty stuff and then add some powder hide addheasive to add extra tackyness and to extand the amount of hide paste add  it works great. There is dinamite 111 and roman 555 people have had great success with those

I've been using a "Latex Caulk" from Walmart for years for fish. Obviously, however, it's not latex as if it was it would curdle when it makes contact with the the skins I have soaked in borax. It even has an "unknown" ingredient. LOL

It's cheap (now a little over a dollar per tube) but that's not why I use it. It works very well and I don't have to pay shipping. I think many of us have noticed shipping is killing us in profits.

Hey Cecil good to see you are back posting.  I agree with the caulk 100%,works very well.  Personally I use what I have which is the roman 555 vov which is a wall paper paste I use for my mammals.

Good point. It can be a little stiff at times.

Liquid Nails FRP water based plastic panel adhesive works great.  I get it in Home Depot for about $16/gallon.
