Seawolf!!!!!! Acetone!!!

Sea Wolf......what happens after years of use? Does the oil accumulate on the top or disperse in the acetone? I have had my 3 ga. less than a year and make sure I seal it very tight. I have used it to rinse a hide in that I put too much oil on, but other than that I use if mostly for hogs after they have been in a degreasing soap/ammonia. I now use mostly denatured alcohol for hides so I don't contaminate my acetone. Thanks for your valued responses!!!! Been working out of the garage, but building a shop in the back next year. Too many chemicals in the garage. My wife is jumping for joy!!!! Thanks again!!!

Oil disperses. I use it strictly for bone only. I use the white Home Depot buckets so I can better see the color of the acetone and find loose teeth that fell out onto the bottom. As I use acetone along with Dawn and sometimes ammonia it lasts a very long time for me. I keep the bucket sealed at all times. I can't say that it is saturated yet. As long as it evaporates off of a clean surface and isn't leaving a greasy layer, I'll keep using it.
