SLOWLY getting my water skills. Tons of trial, error, more error, and money in materials. Nowhere near mastering that stuff.

Great detail off the back foot there. Just great.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'WOW - What a Ride!'

Pick up Frank Newmyer's Splash & Ripple Construction video , it is money well spent , your very first attempt will turn out well. I learned a ton from it , amazing ................

Hide & Beak Taxidermy Supply used to sell wave sheets but they are no longer in business. You can make your own by getting a thin piece a plexiglass like 1/8 inch , heat with a heat gun & using the round bottom edge of a drinking glass press a pattern up from the bottom then another from the top to create the valleys , you need to draw a pattern & get good reference. Ralf Lehrman's Artificial Water Effects video was helpful also.

Here is the water sheet i used to buy , maybe someone knows if anyone sells them anymore.

Here is a bass i did using it.

The buff is really nice! Love the action in your water, nice job!! I just did one like that only he is just off the water with one foot attached to the water. Finishing it up really soon.
