So I mounted my first deer, my own, thank God.  I made an unusual mistake. "I forgot to cut the slots for the tear ducts". I had an accident with a scalpel which in turn sent me to the er, that in turn took my attention away from what I was doing. Anyway,  The deer looks great, for a first I did well on everything else.  But the tear ducts look like hell.  Is there something I can do about this other than rewetting the entire mount and starting over?If I had to stitch something it would look better than the tear duct.
anybody got an idea?

Rehydrate, cut a slit in your tear duct, through that hole make your slot in your form sew your cut glue and just tuck it in
