neck mount?

Got a customer who brought me a full piebald deer to get tanned. Found out, he doesnt want the legs or the head and neck. There isnt enough to make a full shoulder mount, but maybe a neck mount. I really dont want to throw the hide away. Such a rare thing. Is there anyone who knows if the suppliers have any neck mounts, or can i get a shoulder mount, and cut the shoulders off? Will need to get a set of antlers for it, but hopefully that's no problem, I know of a lot of hunters who may supply me with a decent rack. Just wondering which way to go for the mount.
