Table Pedestal Form for KS buck

For some reason I am having issues on finding a form to fit a western kansas buck in a floor pedestal set up.  He measures 7 3/8x23x21  and everything seems too small in the McKenzie catalog.  I am looking for something like the 98fp just need a size up. Does anybody have any ideas?  They have what i am looking for in a wall pedestal. Can I just add the bolt to it?  I haven't done a pedestal so I am up for any advise

You can use any form for a table ped, just finish of the back in any number of ways and installing a pin system for attaching or a more permanent mounting solution.

not sure if this will help, But if you just find a form that will fit the measurements and pose you wish , then you can cut the back board off and add foam then contour to prefferd shap , Then I add about an 1/8 inch layer of bondo on the back and sand smooth thenk go about 1 inch in all the way around and use a drimel tool to cut a slot to tuck skin and leather backing.  that takes care of that part.  now you can whole saw a opening were the brisket is then you will have to get some 1x box tubing in a female and a male, use the female to go into the form. set with bondo  make sure its level so form is upright, then use the male for the pedistal part, you will need to weld a flat plate to it for mounting to the ped.  hope this helps, one last thing I learned this from Joe Meder in a Breakthroung artical (love those mags) did not want to take the credit for this process , but it does work well,  thanks, Jimmie ( huntersdream)

Why does everybody cut the backboard off   Just add your contour and whatever base plate you choose to use directly in front of the plywood.  The plywood gives you more inner support for your metal than foam.

Bingo Mikey!(LOL) Every form out there is a pedistal form, and it literally takes minutes to make them.

I understand that, but you're going to have to extend the brisket an inch or 2 for the pedestal and 2-4" up top..... there is no reason at all to cut out thr backboard so I guess I can't comprehend. I know Joe Medor is the king, but it just confuses me
