Has anyone tried using an engine stand for a mounting stand?

people use them for large bison and steers...that must be a harbor freight model for that cheap

I used an engine stand to mount my first deer, lol.  It worked out alright, aside from being killer on the back.  But it's what I had laying around that would do the job.  Hubby is going to build me an adjustable stand.
