Is it true that a Red fox will slip faster than a gray fox ? If so what should you do different when handling a red ?

I don't know if one slips faster than the other, but using stop rot would be a wise idea when working with either one.

I would also Get it salted as soon as possible too it will help tighten the skin so you get less slippage, but like he said stop rot works wonders

If a key opens lots of locks, then its a master key. But if a lock is opened by lots of keys, then its a crappy lock.

Since both of them are very thin skinned, they have a tendency of slipping when handled too long.  As the others said stop rot should help.
