I have a bobcat that I have  had in the freezer for about 12 months now. It was wrapped in a plastic bag and I am wondering if it is still good. This will be my first cat to do and just was curious about it thawing out to skin, hoping that it is still good. Thanks

Should be no problem at all, if you see any hard spots and they are gonna cause trouble skinning, just take a insulin needle and insert and plump with some salt water.

One year in the freezer is nothing if it was wrapped good.

Should be no problem. Take your time on face and with ears.Sometimes a cats ears tend to freezer burn. If that is the case soak in salt water to rehydrate and rub dawn detergent on them to soften. This has worked for me in the past.Good luck

My neighbor gave me an otter and grey fox that had been in his freezer for almost four years and they were absolutely perfect. As long as your bobcat is packaged well, it should be fine. Best of luck on your first cat Cheesy
