i was going through posts the other day and found a post about sewing up the skin after the body
has been removed and then flesh the bird. i would like to reread the post but cant find it. help

It was a wingman tip I think, they just invert it and then sew it up. I haven't tried it yet, but it looked neat. You get the wings turned and everything inside out and sew up the belly incision and flesh away.
