Antlers are sitting way too high, your eye shape could use work, and your ears are pretty bad looking.
Also looks like you may have some air pockets or glue pockets under the neck skin, that weren't smoothed properly.

There are a lot of things that are wrong with this mount. The over all appearance isn't awful, but it's not good either.

I'm not sure what you mean by the antlers are too high? I took a nose to tip of antler and a nose to base of antler and that's what I set them too..... Is there a better way of measuring them?

Also, how can I improve the ears? I used an ear liner on the right ear and used bondo on the left because of all the tears and missing skin.... How can I improve for the next one?

Use a whole lot of reference pictures, try to get as close as possible to the picture.  That's what I did for my mine.
