We had two whitetails locked together come in the shop one tine poked through the lower jaw and down the throat  of the other one. the main beam tip was all wore down from the teeth.

A branch did that to me in the woods once but on my upper eyelid.  Fortunately it only scratched my cornea but the pain was excruciating.
