Awesome job, I would have mounted the horn a little higher up though almost to the ear level, like they do in the movies LOL For a name how about Demitrious, sounds sort of greek mythologically

I would name it: Alicorn or Unipeg (which are the common names for the creature)

Look up unicorn and pegasus on Wiki or something.  There are names for the hybrids, unisis I beleive is one of them.

I'd point out that the musculature and skeletal structures needed for wings aren't there, but I'd also admit that that would probably take a good bit of modification to the hide to make it fit.
