Cecil you are way to funny!

Travis is now letting his hair grow out but will still where a hat. Travis is a great guy and is doing some cool fish but he keeps asking me who is Cecil and why does he think I need a hat?

Get off the computer and Get back to work! LOL!

Hey Cecil!

I got done LMAO after reading a Email from a past student. He writes;Hey Rick, ask Cecil if he cuts his own hair and if he has two different size
bowls one for the summer and one for the winter to put on his head when he
cuts it to use as a template.  Can't wait to see Steelhead when its done.

The family of Anglers Artistry Students have come together to advice you on your own hair situation Cecil!

LOL! It's all about the hat isn't it!

Back to painting!

Hey I wish I had his income!

See what happens when you make fun of my haircut Rick? You helped me hijack your own thread!  Grin

O.K. if you really want to see some great hair check this one out (I know I'm going to regret posting this)  Roll Eyes This is what I look like when I first get up in the morning with allergies. I took the dog out and saw this fish floundering in the shallow water and netted him. It was also colder than **** out there.

Rick, your shelves are up!  That's cool.....looks like the shop is coming together.  Hope they weren't too heavy to lift up on your own  Grin .....and very, very nice anatomical detail on that salmon mannikin....I already know what the end result will look like simply by looking at that mannikin!
Good job Travis

Mr. Jimmy Lawrence of Bedford Iowa recently spent a week with me for his workshop. Jimmy is a great talent and is a great person as well! I want to say thank you to Jimmy for being a good and diligent student and I know he will be a fish guy to show some truly impressive work! Jimmy's goals were to learn how to Mount a pedestal bass and cast heads as well as carve custom bodies. Jimmy really want to paint a awesome steelhead and he did just that! Here are some of Jimmy photos as he painted his cold river steelhead!

Jimmy prepares the Cambell reproduction Steelhead for paint work.
