Hey Jimmy don't feel so bad. I didn't get to go the first time I was up either. I did get to go back in June though and the lakes up there are beautiful and clear.

I would like to share a happy few days of seeing my friend Brad Jones and his wonderful family who came out to visit us here at the old fish farm! Typically I have a camera attached to me at some point of appendage but this time Brad did and I hope he share soe of the picture we took on his trip to NH. I wanted to say what a gentleman Brad is and he is blessed man with such a wonderful bride and fine and intelligent son! Both Kathie and I really enjoyed the time we sent with Brad and his family! Folk do stop by here to just say hey and visit if you would be interested just drop us a line and let us know!

I want to share some recent Anglers Artistry Post Grad’s works of fish art they have shared with me. !  It is nice to share and see what folks have been sending in for there most recent and in some cases their first fish on their own!

Mr. Mike Meszaros of Saskatchewan, Canada sent us this well done Walleye he has just recently completed. Mike is a all round great taxidermist with his bird and mammal work too!

Mr. Dave Baxter of Seattle Washington shows some of his first efforts since flying solo with this giant King! Only good things to come form Mr. Baxter!

Don Patton of Ohio is also a family member that shares a great deal on the This week in fish picture section. I want to share some of Don’s Beautiful work as well.

Here is the first attempt of  a Walleye from Mr. Ted  Coneset of Michigan! Ted will be a fishhead who will work hard to reach the pedicel of Walleye nirvana! Great Job Ted on your first solo!

Last but never least Mr. Travis Jones!!! Travis is a talented and wonderful guy who helps so many!!!
Travis has completed this beautiful Redfish reproduction! I sure hope you enjoy this work of Travis Jones!

Hey Gang!
I wanted to introduce the newest member of the Anglers Artistry family of extraordinary fish artist! Mr. Clint Kimbell form Pickering Ontario, Canada spent 4 days with us and made the most of this time for sure! Clint is an accomplished mammal taxidermist in Canada and wanted to expand his knowledge of fish taxidermy. Clint is a hard core fisherman and a very good one at that!

I want to share a few pictures of Clint’s workshop so that you see his work in progress to completion (and a few funny ones as well!! ) Clint is a very funny gentleman and had me laughing a lot during his time here in New Hampshire! Very Nice!

I hope you enjoy the work of Mr. Clint Kimbell!

Clint started off with a seriously freezer burned fish.

Once we brought the fish back to workable Clint began the template process for an accurate fish body.

Now on to the skinning and preparation of the skin.

Clint make a few Silicone molds for a few fins.

Ready to carve the Smallie for his template.

Here is the funny side of Clint as we took a trip to the other Kimballs! Very Nice!

Going through the carving!

Making fin cast from the molds.

The fish is ready to be mounted!

Putting the fish together!

Mounted!

Hand painting some custom Still life eyes!

Used the real head and Clint has set the eyes and now on tot the rebuilding of this 100% dryed head!

A bit of fishing for reference photo’s!

Clint being funny with a Huge Bass! LOL!

On to Painting to uneven dark skin. No worries!

Getting in tot the details!

Well done!!! Congratulations [name withheld]bell!

The beautiful Smallmouth Bass of Clint Kimbell!
