I just got back to Alaska, from down South. Matt, WOW! Awesome job!! I was wondering when I was going to see some of your Alaska fish. How cool, that you were able to do them at Ricks. Chum salmon are my favorite fish. I have seen thousands, if not millions of them and you my friend are spot on! Great job on the Sockeye also. I am struggling through one right now, I hope it turns out half as nice as yours.
Rick, as always you are a great teacher, it does not matter what fish your students bring with them. Thanks for sharing!
I hope all you fishheads had a great Christmas and happy New Year!

It has been some time due to working hard at serving students and clients alike that have not been able to spend much over due time on the wonderful T-Net!!! There has been some truly wonderful fish artist whom have come thought the doors here in NH since the beginning of the New Year. I want to take a few moment of your time to share the experiences with you from the workshops of the folks who took time to visit with us here in the New Hampshire mounting sides of Cheshire county to spend their time learning some cool fish work!

The first Fish artist I wish to share wit you is Mr. Scott Teaschner, of Cody, Wyoming. Scott is the owner a fine Taxidermy studio in Cody called Wyoming Wildlife Artistry that specializes in Game heads and now fishwork! I wish to share a great workshop with the fellow Anglers Artistry members and to those who just love to see how one can learn and better their own efforts! Here are a mess of cool photographs from Scott’s workshop! I must add that Scott is a Elk guild as well and makes custom saddles for his other big passion the beautiful horses Scott and his wife raise!

We started off Scotts first day with a drive out to breakfast and some Eastern Turkeys just hanging out.

Scott’s first fish to work on was a unassembled Lake country replica Walleye!

Scott paints some custom Walleye eyes! The flints were the Still life eyes!

A nice paint job Scott worked out for his Walleye reproduction!

A cold snowy morning and a blue sky made for a big breakfast on the farm!

The second fish Scott worked on was a great Smallie reverse curve from Lake Country Replica’s as well!

Scott also took time to learn how to custom carve and work on molding and castings to create his stream Brown trout and Cutthroat trout! Well done on both!

Last but not least Scott found time to work on this Huge Dave Campbell Steelhead replica my personal favorite steelhead on the market!!

I sure hope you enjoyed the work of Scott Teaschner!
