Ahhhh Mr. funny man huh? Well here's a little payback for the "humbug" ride shot.

Mr. Krane himself all decked out in the 3-D eyewear.  Grin

Here's Rick new pet. LOL Nahhhh this was just a random boar walking the back roads of Hinsdale NH.

Me and Rick stopping for a pic with Rick's cousin "Raymond" Krane.  Grin

Mtn. Ed with another smallie.

One of the whole gang at the Mt. Washington Resort. Well all but the camera man of course.

And last a couple, out of probably a thousand, cool shots we got up at the Orvis trout pond.

Ok I promise I'm done.  Grin  Yeah it was a great time and a fast trip too.

LOL!!! Very funny Mr. Jones! I was going to leave it with the sharp shooting skill but I will share a few more of the advanced training workshop! LOL!
Now here is Travis working with silicone well done as I would expect!!

Travis moved on to the transformation in to the Gingerbread Family this helps in all aspects of fish taxidermy too!

Here is Travis and his guild Amber showing him how to ride the giant sky wheel! How you doing!

Travis moved on to the skills events and wanted to guarantee he would defeat master Koby at antler ring toss!

Master Koby Brings Travis to the old Jedi Fish master The great Reindeer! Here is Travis learning the great fish lessons!

Master Koby teaching first slow driving to Travis!

Now Master Koby teaches advance doge driving! Travis really likes this one!

The final test was the great Reindeer ride!! Very fast very scary! LOL!!!! See Travis showing he is not one little bit concerned!

Finally the Last advanced lesson! Master Koby shares the secrets of Travis shooting training! How did you think he broke the Humbug record!

LOL! All in good fun! Travis is such a great sport and loves his family so very much!!! We love his family and him too! Only a great fishhead like Travis would let a goof like me take such goofy pictures! Kathie, Ms. Amber and I are so happy have Travis and his family as friends and as family members! I really enjoy being able to spend time with folks here where I get to share my New Hampshire and my family with past students when they come back for fun and some vacation time! Thanks Travis for being a good sport and for working so hard at being a great fish taxidermist!

My Best!

Here's a couple I got finished up this week.
The first is a re-do LMB for a good customer of mine's son. They weren't happy with the original taxidermsits work and wanted it painted to match his darker river bass that was caught and realeased.

Here's Tyler with his live bass.

Here's Mr. Tyler Q  with his original bass mount by another taxidermist.

Here's the mounts after it's "makeover".

The NEW custom Still Life Eye

Second is a 13" Spadefish Pedestal Mount.

Once again the Still Life Eye.

Outstanding replication of color and the over all look to this Bass! This is what a customer wants!! No doubt the client was extremely pleased. This is a lesson for all of us here even the Bass that was done to begin with looks good but it is not any thing like what the clients bass looked like. This is a taxidermist put the ego on the shelf and paints the fish as the fish! Well done Travis!!!!

I love this part of being a teacher of Fish taxidermy! This where I get to introduce some one new to the family of Anglers Artistry fish heads! That is a very talented and generous group of folks who enjoy each others gifts and abilities! Well here comes the latest member of the family all the way from Cedar City, Utah to hang out for several day with Kathie and I here in good old Hinsdale New Hampshire! Mr. Shane Osborn is one very funny and talented guy! As you will see! I want to share a bunch of pictures of Wildman Shane and his workshop…

It all started with a Cutbow! Like a lot of workshops it all starts with a bit of molding and castings.

Here is Shane making some molds!

Here is Shane caving his first custom fish body!

Very nice head fit to body!

Shane mounting the Cutbow!

Along with the Cutbow Shane brought a pretty nice Bass to mount!

Mr. Bass and Mr. Osborn

Well done on the Bass!

Shane really has a thing for that Bass! LOL!

Here is Shane’s… friend already to paint!

He is so happy! LOL!!!!

Oh yeah Shane got a Smallie reproduction is too!

Lots of steel wool work!

It is all about depth!!

This is a beauty! Great Job Shane!

Ok Now here is the Shane Kathie and grew to love! LOL! Just wait till this guy emails
some of you! LOL! He has his shoots!

Tried eating this? I don’t know! LOL!

Then he wanted to climb this tree!

He road the big John Deere!

He road the old John Deere!

Kathie got the cow to come home for dinner!

Mocking the crooked figure of the great Metal Bear!

Here is where we made Shane stay!

He ran the stone stairs to no where!

Shane with his favorite glasses!

Wanted to shower here?Huh I did tell him no.

Share wanted to show me his impression of a Nuclear activist from VT?Huh LOL!!!!

Just one fun guy to have around!

HE did make it though the fish boot camp and so did I! LOL!

It is a great thing that I get to do each and every workshop! That is help you and learn about you and why you love to do what we all love to do! Shane Osborn reminded me why I have a great job!

Shane,
those are some great lookin fish, I'm excited that I have a fish guy to use that is not 300 miles away. 50 miles is lots better!!

BTW I hope the nuclear waste wore off of ya, I dont know that I could keep a straight face in conversation with a guy that looks like that all the time!!

SPECTACULAR WORK.  Looks like you got alot accomplished, and WELCOME TO THE FAMILY.

Looks like you went to alot of places.  Some of them are familiar, and some are not.  I always hangout up there in the subzero arctic temperatures, so we never get out much when im around!!!!

Rick, missed your call today.  I was at work.  Ill be chatting with you very soon.
