skinning a snapping turtle?
«

Bear with me, I've never done this so please, not too technical. I would like to mount a small snapper, maybe 8-12" in diameter, and I would like to keep the meat if possible.I have read all the archives. So I start with putting a live snapper in a bucket and freezing him until he is dead. How do I skin it, flesh it, and properly tan it?( can I use fish tan from WASCO?) etc, can I use critter clay to fill with? thanks paul
