I use 3-copy carbonless contracts printed at a local mom and pop print store. If Kinko's can't do them, you might try Staples or Office Max but I got better results by using a small time shop that usually prints business cards and wedding invitations. NCR was bit high and they wanted me to just "fill the blocks" type for their preprinted forms.

I use two-copy cardonless copies. I made up what I wanted on it on my computer, printed it out, and took it to a local small printshop and had them printed.

I think Staples was $75 for 200 forms of your self made contract.

Not to be a wise guy, but my contract/invoice is all done with Excel program. Print one for customer to sign and one for customer, records on hard drive and backup disk for infinite copies. Easy to use once you get the hang of it. Easily modified as needed.
