Bryan......our trade was made on June 8, 2007......my blank was shipped to you on June 24, 2007.......after us talking more than once, on the phone, I was assured by you the mold would be shipped the next day, never to arrive.......I have made repeated e mails to you, as well as phone calls without a response.....never once did I receive any e mail from you wife, nor have you returned and phone calls I have made to you after leaving messages on your cell phone.....last time we talked, you told me to bear with you.........that was a month ago.......going on 4 months since the initial trade......I chose to post here because you had just posted in the reference category........I am going to respond to your reply in the previous thread:

First of all sorry for the major delay.....THANK YOU...GOING ON 4 MONTHS......as my wife stated in a reply e-mail to you on  my behalf,............NO SUCH E MAIL EVER RECIEVED.......SEND ME A COPY i have been away for some time. I just returned home after a long trip,......YOU COULD HAVE CALLED ME ON YOUR CELL PHONE..... i have the fish mold boxed,......YOU TOLD ME THAT A MONTH AGO, AND IT WAS BEING SHIPPED THE NEXT DAY..... i received your certified letter also yesterday........SUNDAY..... I'm not big on airing dirty laundry publicly, but i guess you don't mind so here goes...............

I'll tell you what, I'll send you the mold AND your steelhead blank AND your tuna blank.........FINE....I WILL RETURN YOUR BLANKS AS WELL....... I know a deals a deal, so i will honor the deal............I HOPE SO AFTER 4 MONTHS I will send you the blanks also as they are WAY too much work.......GIVE ME A BREAK BRYAN...... As you know the steelhead blank arrived broken due to not being put together properly........NOT TRUE, AND YOU KNOW IT!...........IT WAS BROKEN DURING SHIPPING, INSURED, AND I TOLD YOU TO SEND IT BACK AND I WOULD MAKE YOU A NEW ONE.........YOU REPLIED NO PROBLEM, I'LL USE IT, EASY FIX....... The tuna i found out when starting to finish it was the same way.......THAT'S A GOOD ONE BRYAN........Bonded together with bondo? Hollow fins that aren't even stuck together!......HOW DID I GET IT OUT OF THE MOLD THEN BRYAN?........ the seams are cracking due to the halves of the cast being bonded together with only bondo,....NOW YOU ARE GETTING FUNNY.....YOU KNOW DARN WELL, AFTER MANY DISCUSSIONS ON THE PHONE TRADING TECHNIQUES, THAT IS NOT THE CASE AND A BUNCH OF BS the bondo you poured in the mouth to stick the halves together didn't even go down  into the fins, hence two piece fins that all have to be fixed.......YOU KNOW THAT ISN'T TRUE, AND ANY MATERIAL USED FROM INSIDE THE BLANK IS TO INSURE VOIDLESS PINHOLING......

The fish looked good but have some serious problems........THAT'S A GOOD ONE BRYAN.......THE FIRST BLANK YOU EVER GOT FROM ME, A SEA TROUT WAS FINISHED AND POSTED ON YOUR WEB SITE......IT'S STILL THERE......WE THEN TRADED AGAIN......WHY, IF MY BLANKS HAD SUCH SERIOUS PROBLEMS ?......I ASKED YOU TO SEND ME A PICTURE OF THE YELLOWFIN TUNA BLANK YOU GOT FROM ME WHEN IT WAS DONE......YOUR REPLY WAS IT'S STILL IN YOUR WORKSHOP CAUSE YOU DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME TO FINISH IT.......THEN YOU POSTED IT FOR SALE ON THIS SITE.....WHY, IF IT HAD SERIOUS PROBLEMS?........YOU THEN CALLED ONCE AGAIN AND ORDERED A STEELHEAD BLANK......THE ONE BROKEN IN SHIPPING.....IF MY BLANKS WERE SO BAD, AND HAD SUCH SERIOUS PROBLEMS, WHY WOULD YOU KEEP ORDERING AND MAKING DEALS WITH ME.......??

no problem Bryan......I am returning your box of reef fish blanks, and will await the return of the Steelhead and Yellowfin Tuna blanks as you stated here you would do.....I will see if that happens, and post the outcome.....I would not call 4 months prompt service by any means Brian W...... and their has been one excuse after another........now its your cell phone.......it never had a problem when you wanted something Bryan........you have ordered or traded three times with me Bryan......each of which you contacted me......why would you do that if my blanks were crap?.....obviously, my choice to ask you a simple question on this site worked.....since you have avoided fullfilling your end of the deal any other way I have contacted you via normal channels far from Taxi Net.........bottom line is, you did not keep your word......and after 4 months of being reasonable with you and waiting, I have waited long enough.......since you have chosen prior to my "airing dirty laundry" here not to respond to e mails and phone calls, and now after, doing the same, I will continue to use the proper channels to resolve the matter........I await the return of the blanks......I will pay shipping.......send me the charges

In reply to the above part of a previous post you deleated.....you have deleated two posts so far:

My certified letter to you stated the facts, time tables, stating I had copies of e mails promissing shippment and the proper resolution to the matter
It advised you of supporting e mails to my claim  and a 10 day period to resolve this matter personaly.......if you got the certified letter prior to me posting on here, "airing dirty laundry" why did you not contact me the day you got the letter?......then use this forum to cut off communication you have been avoiding to return to me for a month either by phone or e mail?..........you then try to turn it around on me by posting "SLANDEROUS" remarks about my blanks only to cover your @$$........you then, obviously realized, by deleating posts, that you had admitted that my claim was valid,  as copied and pasted above from your deleated post.......I saved all posts on this tread, you have also made promisses you most likey can't keep reguarding posting pictures and returning the blanks, as well as slanderous unfounded remarks against my person and business......should this matter not be resolved, I wil take the next step to resolving this.......seems pretty cut and dried to me since you have admitted fault in fullfilling your idea of a " deal is a deal".......hard to dispute legaly based on what you have posted on a public forum.

my original two sentence question directed at one person one this forum I find far from childish.......I have every right on a public forum,unless banned by the administrator ask a simple question to somebody who has avoided all contact off this forum to resolve this matter......a good businessman's word should mean something......besides being a fellow taxidermist and boat captain........the responder chose to start escalating the problem with outright lies and slanderous remarks........most of them now removed by the poster themselves....I will not sit back, and be taken or ripped by a "RIPPER" period.......if you think everything is hunky dory in this profession, you are in for a big surprise........if you don't like the post, don't comment....especially since the context of this thread is now ay off since B.Russell deleted almost all of his public responses once he realised they admitted his knowing I have been waiting 4 months, and that his posts now became legally binding.......it is unfortunate that anyone should have to deal with an issue like this......but, I am in business and have been for 30+ years, and I run my business like any other would under the same circumstances......when I am owed a debt, I will try, by any legal means to collect it..period.....if you are the type to tuck your tail between your legs, and allow yourself to be taken, so be it.......I am not.....especially when I know he has been paid for the full job, and I am holding the bag.....so Mr Knuth, before you make comments and judgments on a half missing thread, you had better not read it and move on

I have also been burned on many occasions and in no way hesitate calling in the law if that is what is necessary.
I have been forced to file small claims suits against people who have owed me a debt in the past.

Unfortunately being younger I always am faced with the argument that "I have been in business longer then you" perhaps this is true but stating this as an argument is in no way reflecting the experiences I may have also had. I am fairly new to the taxidermy world (6 years) but have been running my small business full time since I was 17 so that leaves me with a meager 14 years of experience as a full time professional artist and taxidermist. That is more then enough time to have been scammed and robbed.
so no I don't run off with my tail between my legs, but I also don't start barking and biting in front of the pack either.

As for missing deleted posts. I didnt miss them they were seen by me and many others.

For me it is a shame this disagreement can not be handled in private. if this is the route you must go, then by all means pursue it.
I mean this as no disrespect for you or Bryan. only as an outsider looking in.

As you yourself stated this is a public forum.

I do believe being patient for 4 months,is not biting and barking in front of the pack....with all due respect.......I meant no disrespect to you what so ever.......as I have stated more than once....I have tried both personal phone, cell phone and e mail, outside the forum......and have tried to resolve this matter between and only between the two parties involved.....myself and B Russell......it is only after hollow promisses and then total failure on his part to communicate with me, about this 4 month delay, that I chose to ask a simple 2 sentance question on this forum once I had seen his reply on the fish referance section......his reply was not only telling of the truth, but a continuing list of promisses of things he was going to do, full well knowing he couldn't do them...........IE: return the blanks, and post pictures........all he had to do was contact me personaly, something I have been trying to get him to do for over a month......to end this whole thing........I refuse to sit back and allow my name and business to be slandered because of his not wanting to fess up to the truth.....my post was only to try and get a response.....and it did........beyond that, his deleted posts only proved my legal right to collect this debt through the legal system..........I would much rather find a peaceful resolution to this whole thing..it is not my move at this point, and will use any means available within the law to protect my right to collect a debt and protect my name from further "slanerdous" remarks from the party who is the one who owe's.......he publicly stated on this forum and this thread he was going to return all the blanks he got from me......and post pictures of my trash product in his own words, now gone.....I am waiting for  him to return the blanks, and to post the pictures for all to see.......let's see where the truth lies
