Hides N Stuff Taxidermy

I have 2 smallmouth bass (about 14 inches long).I want to mount them.I have never done fish.Is there a good kit?Whats some good instruction?What do i need?Help would be very appreciated.

One roure to go is get a WASCO supply catalog or a john rinehart catlog from McKenzie or even van dykes all have lots of video instruction and taxidermy kits

I would get the breakthrough fish mounting manual.And the Tom Sexton fish finishing manual. That is how I got started but everyone is different.Also once you get started and need help this is the only place to go for any help you need. I do not think I would be as far as I am in mounting fish if it was not for the ''Great People'' on here.

There are alot of really good videos out there. This might be the best thing to do that way you can see it being done versus reading about it.

Slick is right the breaktrough manual and finish manual by Sexton are excellent,once you buy the manuals you can go back time and again because theres  such a wealth of info in them and an  another excellent book for finish work is Realfish Paint Schedules by Ron Reynolds-it cost a little to get these manuals but just consider them an investment.D
