what i would do is. add a little in your tanning and then then swab the cape and let set for a day then tumble , then mount

can you use lipoderm liquor in pressure tanner with vandykes tanning crystals?

Im not a fan of pressure tanning, but yes you could.  Make sure you run it at the end of your tanning time, say  the last 20 minutes.
If ran longer it has a tendency to loosen the hair on the cape on the final product. dont use anymore than 1.5 % of shaved weight of your skins.
What are you trying to achive ?   Not oiling the cape ? extra softness? Or?

i was told to add this to my pressure tanner with the tanning crystals instead of pickle oil. do you not have to add any oil to tanning crystals. dont want to sound dumb but this is my first year of taxidermy and i dont want to experiment on a customers cape. i have pickled capes and then lutan-f them. just trying to find out how to use my pressure tanner so i can tan capes faster.
