Couldn't find a new thread for this week so I started one for you all.

I don't normally contribute to the lifesize mammal picture post but here is one project I have been wanting to do for a very long time!
I feel crazy for trying it...But it's gonna be fun!!! I'll be working on it on Christmas break (Plenty of days in a row for all that sewing!) Dad has to build me a wooden work base for it, and then I can start.

Is it me or does that form like it has two different types of foam used? Or one part yellowed with age?

Here's a 1/2 lifesize bear that I have started.  Obviously none of the finish work is done.  I just mounted it yesterday and it is already attacking my 7 year old daughter.  (She loves to help with grooming of my mounts).  It was my first bear and I will post pictures when the finish work is done.

Strive for perfection.  That way if you fall a little short it'll still be pretty darn good.

Well guys...here's my first ever lifesize...and my second ever mount.  Hope there is something good to say about it somewhere ... haha....  Don't worry about hurting my feelings...I'm good with criticism.  By the way...I made the form myself.  Casted the legs, used the original skull and carved the body.
