I put a dry salted ranch fox into the pickle  and after a day when it had hydrated well I noticed it was really greasy.  Can I just pull it out of the pickle and degrease it for a hour or so with simple green or kemsol, then put it back in the pickle?  or will this effect the PH of the skin to much?  Whats the best way to deal with it or should I just let it be?  Thanks for the help!

first off you should have rehydrated instead of going straight into pickle - i used to do this but found i NEVER got true rehydration and i doubt if yo have either - i would finish pickle and then degrease since this is where yo are at now

To get the most out of the degreaser I would flesh a bit then degrease. Rinse as much of the degreaser as possible out prior to putting back into pickle.
