Wow, have a picture of the deer before it was caped out? Going to put the third horn on the finished mount?

No pictures before I caped it. I didn't have my camera at the shop when it came in. But definitely going to put it on the mount.  Full Sneak and tip the head down a bit, so it will show real well. Mounted lots of Antelope with a horn there, but never a deer.  Ü

had a whitetail in a couple of years back with a similar 3rd antler.  very unique and the only one i've ever seen.  must be pretty rare indeed.

That thing looks like he was a cross bread with a triceratops.  That is pretty neat.

I too had a whitetail a couple years ago w/ similar 3rd antler but it came out a little further up on the skull plate. Did a european mount so it really showed well.
