I just recieved some capes back from a commercial tannery and i'm having trouble with hair falling out.  I was just wondering if the white of the tan should go all the way to the hair root or not?  Because the cape I got back some parts of it is brown like it is still raw.  It looks to me like it didn't get tanned all the way thru.  I have already email the tannery back and waiting for an answer from them but would just like more input on this.
