Is there anything in particular that I should know before buying something off of this website?

Mainly common sense and if you arent sure of the seller just post a "has anyone dealt with ****** "... Also you can ask for references, a phone number and address..  ALOT of new people have come here lately so alot of new sellers.. That doesnt mean they are bad, just that on THIS group we may not know them. It shouldnt offend anyone to ask for references. If I dont know someone I ask.. Which can be quite funnny sometimes.. Last person I didnt recognize was a Ray Hatfield ... I was rather embarrassed when I realized who he is LOL.. Talk about feeling silly. BUT if I hadnt of asked I wouldnt have known.. And needless to say I will buy from him without reservation from here on out..
Also be specific about what you are willing to accept as far as damages go.. If you dont want something that has been shot in the head ask the seller how it was dispatched and where. If there are skinning cuts etc.. DONT ever assume that every item is flawless.... Also dont assume that a prime winter fur is going have 6 in long fur.. Ask the location.  Depending on lacation will determine if it is a real furry bugger or not quite as furry. Always ask questions and get pictures.. Also never send cash. Always leave yourself a papertrail in case something goes wrong. Least youll have proof you paid etc..
And when you get your item post how the transaction went so others will see that the person is a good or bad seller.
