Hello Newbie, Yes I have used them once with a flat hair on deer skin. I found it to be an excellent tan with minimal cuts. I have not used them for a head yet but I would not hesitate to Ed

I think one of my dry tan for sale capes was done by them.I think its an 18' texas cape.If you'd like to try their tan,I think i have ti priced at $125
