Is anything extra needed to wet tan a sheep cape?  Any degreasing or anything?

Yes they need to be well degreased to remove the lanolin. If you don't they will have sticky hair and a "sheepy" smell.

I believe Rittel's has a kit that will help you through a sheep cape.
