Selling on Ebay
«
on:
November 13, 2006, 07:01:04 PM »
Have question about the legal aspect of selling on Ebay what can i sell legally, I know about pen raised birds and the laws behind them
but don't know much about selling fish and mammals on Ebay. I'm looking at selling some coyote mounts and raccoon mounts that i have
bought off trappers in my area. Does anyone know if i can do this without getting into trouble.
any help would be greatly appreciated

You need to check the game laws in your state since they differ from state to state.

Go to eBay and check their rules too, they will pull an auction if they think it's not legal according to their rules.

Peta complains about everything, but there are LOTS of pelts, furs, taxidermy items, etc sold on eBay every day. Just type in FUR in the search and you'll see! You just have to make sure you don't sell things that their rules say you can't!
