this presentation took me a while to put together. The best part of this project was acquiring the fish, and finishing them. I don't think I did to bad after seeing the end result. Do you see anything I could have done better? Thanks in advance for your critique.

The ones on the outside seem a little darker as compared to the ones in the middle. You need to be a little more uniform in the application of the batter. Looks very appetizing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man that picture made me H-U-N-G-R-Y   !   !   !  !

Blue Ribbon material all the way.

 Well for starters if you look at the bottom row 3rd fish from left you will see some major slippage as a piece of flesh has actually fallen off of said fish,they could all use a thorough degreasing,I really like what you did with the habitat,the non-stick coating together with the ripple effects and bubbles really makes them stand out, overall looks real good to me! Grin

Maybe its in there and I cant see it but some salt would be good with that.  I dont see any pepper Ill give you a 98 on that.  Oh and some fried potatoes on the side would be good.
