I was just curious what everyone's favorite animal to mount was.....I have to say that my favorites are Whitetail Deer (many forms and poses available!!) and Ringneck pheasants!!  Although I love the challenge of life-size, and huge Buffalo are also fun!! Wink

i used to say the one im doing next
but whitetails are my favorite
i get in the mood for a exotic animal now and then

using stop-rot up front makes everything else go better
and somewhere off in the distance a deer grunted

I enjoy doing fish, and probably deer second. I also like to do lifesize mammals (I'm especially happy once they're finished).

Pronghorn are my favorite.  Unique looking animals.  We don't have them in Wisconsin so they always look cool and different when all we are used to are whitetails.

Whitetail deer or elk. As long as I'm doing it for masters catagory for the taxidermy show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats the most fun!!!!

anything with a habitat.once you get the havitat finished it really brings the animal to life.
