Release agents and 2 part foam

Is there something you can put on a mold to keep the 2 part foam from sticking to it. As an example, I was thinking of using aluminum foil to make a mold, but I was afraid the foam will stick to it. The foam seems like you can form it to anything as long as it dosen't stick.

Are you trying to hold & form foam in tin foil? Wear heavy gloves it gets HOT.

I've seen Crisco cooking grease used as a release agent. I guess you could coat the foil with that to make sure it doesn't stick. Sound like you are gonna have a mess trying to shape expanding foam with only foil? IMO It would be easier to just pour the foam and shape it by hand later on.
